We are dedicated to crafting unique, high-quality, custom layered wooden maps. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines our procedures regarding project commencement, refunds, and website corrections.

Project Commencement and Customization:

• Each layered wooden map is a highly personalized and custom-made product.

• The project commences upon receipt of your initial payment,

• Once the project has begun, we dedicate significant resources, including material procurement, design work, and manufacturing, to your custom map.

Refund Policy:

• Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, and the immediate commitment of resources upon project commencement, we do not offer refunds once the project has started.

• This policy includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with design drafts after approval, or alterations to provided media.

• If you wish to cancel your project, you must do so before the project has commenced.

Pre-Project Cancellation:

• If you cancel your order before the project commences, you may be eligible for a [Specify refund percentage, or specify any deductions. Example: "full refund less a 10% processing fee," or "full refund"].

• The definition of when the project commences is listed above in the "Project Commencement and Customization" section.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• In the unlikely event that your custom map arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [number] days of receipt with clear photographic evidence.

• We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

• Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for this.

Website and Digital Content:

• The accompanying website and digital content are integral parts of your custom map package.

• These are also custom made and are not eligible for a full refund once the website and digital content production has begun.

• However, we understand that minor errors, such as misspellings or small layout adjustments, may occur.

  • Quick Fixes: Minor corrections, such as spelling errors or small text changes, will be addressed promptly at no additional cost.

  • Significant Alterations: Substantial changes to the website's structure, layout, or content, beyond initial agreed-upon specifications, may incur a fee. The fee will be determined based on the complexity and time required for the alterations.

  • It is the clients responsibility to provide all information that is to be displayed on the website, and that information is to be correct.

  • We will clearly communicate any potential fees before implementing significant alterations.

  • We are committed to delivering a website that accurately reflects the information provided by the client.

Communication and Approval:

• We will maintain clear communication throughout the design and manufacturing process.

• Your timely feedback and approval of design drafts are essential for project progress.
